All items are held in stock in our warehouse based in Newton Abbot, Devon. In the unlikely event your item arrives with physical damage, we need to be notified within 24 hours of signing for the goods, whereupon we will immediately send a replacement, if one is available. We will then make a claim against the courier for damages, you will need to keep the original item with all original packaging for them to inspect it.

Data from computer hard drives and other storage devices can be lost for a number of reasons, including failure of the drives themselves, viruses and spyware or other software problems, it is therefore strongly recommended users maintain a regular backup of important data to an external storage device such as a USB stick or a cloud server.
